A Concierge Contractor
Bay State assigns an project advisor to each client, someone that will be with you from your first consultation to the final walk through. Your project advisor helps build out a detailed estimate, schedules our in-house team of experts and remains your point of contact throughout the entire process, whether to answer questions or make changes on the fly. They are there whenever you need them.
Preconstruction Design
Your project advisor receives material quotes and discusses your project with our contracting team. For simple tasks, we can do many tasks on the same day. For more complex projects, we will detail out the work, options and talent needed, working with you to finalize the project that best fits your goals.

Your project advisor arrives on site (or we book a remote visit) to learn more about the project. We begin with a detailed overview of your goals and your budget, working with you to review options and plan next steps.
